Warranty and Service Fly Rods

Warranty

Your Solid Tackle rod purchase comes with a 2 year original owner warranty that covers material defects or defects incurred during manufacturing. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental, or intentional breakage, loss or theft. 


In the unfortunate event of your rod breaking please email us at service@solidtackle.com and attach your order confirmation number, a photo of the breakage, and a photo of the rod logo and model number. We also need the address where you want the rod part delivered to. Please know we take great pride in you choosing our products and we will do our absolute best to have you back fishing as soon as possible. 


Service - breakage not covered by warranty

If you have a non-warranty qualified breakage we are always happy to replace your rod part. We know that time without your rod is time off the water and we will do our absolute best to resolve your issue as fast as possible. Please send us an email with a photo of your broken part and a photo of the rod model and we will get back to you asap.


Accountability

We know how important it is for you to have an easy and smooth way of getting your rod repaired or replaced. We will not hide behind chat bots or phone queues, or make it impossible to get a hold of us. When you need us, we’ll be here—ready to do everything in our power to resolve your issue as quickly and satisfyingly as possible.


Return Policy For Website

Please email info@solidtackle.com your order number and the reason for why you want to return your product and we will get that going for you right away.
